Pale straw with green highlights at the rim. Lemon zest, melon, and spice on the nose. Tart apples and pears, with pineapples and a hint of honey forward; a refreshing and juicy wine. Angular but not overly edgy as there is plenty of developing ripe peach within a slightly creamy texture to provide balance. Just a touch thin on mid palette but redeems itself with a solid finish of honey and key lime. Not bad as an aperitif but best with veal in creamy sauces, heavier fish, or cheese; basically anywhere its citrus characteristics will provide balance and cut fats. Great value for the price.
