Straw to golden in the glass with hints of green sparkles. Bright aromas of lemon, apples, and orange zest with an undercurrent of spice. Opens round rich and very fruit focused. Beautifully balanced Granny smith apples, lemon and orange zest, and ripe pear, with hints of cinnamon and white pepper. Develops mid pallet rasp from grape tannins. Finish long and full, apples, pepper, and lemon zest. Very nice chardonnay, full and rich but refreshing. Excellent as an aperitif or with grilled chicken, salmon, tuna, or any full flavored fish. Works well with hard cheese and fruit.
